Technology solutions director, Ian Lellyett says that this status proves that the company is able to deliver professional and accurate document management solutions based on the brand's products. He adds that the certification status needs to be maintained, and therefore requires continued investment in skills development and customer care, as well as an increase in sales of Microsoft based products.
The company is now able to create integrated certification on a development level, together with the company's in-house division. Further, the two brands will be able to leverage off each other, through Microsoft's product footprint and Nashua's service product offering.
