Viral video division launched

A viral division of feelgoodfilms, ‘Endorphin', has launched this week to offer the entire viral process - originating unique, sustainable concepts, shooting the virals, and managing and tracking their distribution across the Internet.

Viral videos, short video clips viewed on the Web or circulated by email or cellphones, have become popular and important marketing tools. As more viewers access content over the internet, rather than through TV or cinema, viral videos will become a vital and strategic way to advertise to this audience.

Jade Kwan, a newcomer to directing, but not the advertising industry, heads up the division. His post-production skills were honed at The Mill, one of the leading post-production facilities in London, where he worked on some of the world's best commercials and gained valuable insight into what made them successful.

Inspired to take up directing

Kwan returned to South Africa, working as a freelance researcher with numerous production houses, before being recruited to join feelgoodfilms by director Jeremy Goodall. Being Goodall's researcher and wingman continuously exposed Kwan to highly creative jobs shot for both South African and international clients and has given him the knowledge and insight to design jobs from start to finish.

"The passion and creative flare that Jeremy dedicates to each of his jobs is my inspiration for taking the next step into directing,” says Kwan.

Kwan and Endorphin look forward to creating fantastic and effective viral campaigns this year with the support of Goodall and executive producer, Liza Goodall. For more information, contact Liza Goodall on cell: +27 (0) 82 371 1960 or e-mail .
