The Barrel Fermented Chardonnay 2008, at a cellar price of R72, goes well the vineyard's Almond Crusted Kingklip with saffron couscous, asparagus and an apricot and sage reduction, served at the Country Kitchen restaurant. The Unwooded Chardonnays, at R55 from the cellar goes with its Country Kitchen's Spaghetti with shrimps and baby marrow sauce. Finish up with the Cabernet Sauvignon with a rich red meat dish, such as Mange Tout restaurant's Braised Oxtail with mustard, Brussels sprouts and pomegranate - R90 at the cellar.
