Winemaker Louis van der Riet recommends the Chardonnay as the perfect wine to serve with most pasta dishes and pizzas, or even heavy fleshed fish such as Tuna and Yellowtail. The flavours are also enhanced beautifully when served with a delicious Sunday braai chicken. The Tinta Barocca goes well with chicken and light pasta dishes and the Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 enhances braaied meat dishes.
