Independent wholesale trade profile reports available

Trade Intelligence has researched and updated independent wholesale trade profile reports, which are now available to subscribers. Manufacturers and suppliers have demanded comprehensive and credible research into the channel.

With suppliers showing increasing interest in BoP (base of the pyramid) market penetration, independent channel knowledge has become paramount. "Suppliers demand insight into the channel as a whole, as well as more specific information on the individual players," explains Kate Shirley, research analyst for new channels at Trade Intelligence. "These reports will provide them with that knowledge."

In conjunction with the trade profiles, the company has also produced a sector overview report for the independent wholesale and retail channel, which highlights trends in the sector, the resulting market impacts and a comprehensive list of opportunities for suppliers arising out of these trends.
