Creative Futures Africa Summit: From unseen to unstoppable

It currently distributes Nikon, Lexar, AfterShokz Audio and Animaux pet and medical products exclusively in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.
Since the buyout and change in management in 2007, the company has undergone a complete restructuring in management and business strategy.
"The positive impact of these changes is evident in the market share growth in all brands we distribute. Our strategy is to expand into various other niche non-photographic industries. With this diversification, it makes sense not to continue under this name, as it is no longer descriptive of the markets represented in our core function of distribution," commented Stefan van der Walt, CEO for Nikon in South Africa.
"The company is involved in various CSI projects. These range from sustainable job creation in the photographic industry, protection and fighting for the rights of abused orphans, supporting houses of safety for abandoned children and providing reading glasses for those who can no longer earn a living because of poor eyesight. The expansion of our business will enable us to grow these initiatives even further."
