And the circus continues... having been comparatively recently bailed out by the taxpayer, but just this week then telling us that it now needs a few hundred extra million for digital migration, it now seems - according to its own annual report, nogal, that our favourite broadcaster may need to cough up a billion or more thanks to criminal, irregular or wasteful expenditure written off for the 2009-10 financial year. What's more, SARS may want some unspecified taxes dating back to 2001-2, and the South African Music Performers Rights Association (Sampra) may be asking for "needle-time" royalties to be paid.
