Telmar acquires Peaktime

Peaktime, the world's leading TV Planning and Yield Management software supplier, and Telmar, the world's leading All Media Planning software company, have joined forces to create the world's largest and smartest independent media software company.

With offices throughout the world, Telmar services the media planning needs of the leading advertisers, agencies and media in 25 countries. The merging of Peaktime's leading broadcaster and agency client base throughout Europe adds customers in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Poland to the combined company to make up a total of 30 countries served. It also adds a new office in Paris to the global Telmar support centers.

Some of the many advantages of the combined organizations to Telmar Peaktime users worldwide include:

-- Return On Investment Media and Marketing Mix Analytics.
