Maki started her career at Greatstock in 2008 as receptionist. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn soon saw her promoted to account executive, where she gained considerable experience with commercial clients, largely ad agencies and design companies.

Maki attributes her success to a genuine love of working closely with her clients and seeing the fruits of her work produced in the media.
