TJDR Joburg best place to work – survey

A survey conducted by auditing and consulting firm Deloitte has revealed that The Jupiter Drawing Room (Johannesburg) continues to be the best company to work for in its industry sector. This is according to last month's Deloitte's Best Company to Work for Survey results.

According to the study, The Jupiter Drawing Room (Jhb) retained its position as the industry winner in the Telecommunications, Media, TV, Radio and Press category. It also attained the 22nd position in the overall participant ranking out of 150 participating companies.

For the last three years, The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg – alongside Microsoft and PPC Cement – were the only three companies to maintain their positioning in the Top 20. Comments Renee Silverstone, CE of the The Jupiter Drawing Room (Jhb). “We are very pleased that, even though we have almost doubled in size in the last 12 months, we are in the Top 25 Companies to work for in South Africa for the 4th year running.”

“Our people are our greatest asset and the survey is a true reflection of the views of the people who work in our company. I am a firm believer that the right environment produces happy people, which in turn improves productivity,” she concludes.
