Loerie Marketing Excellence Awards

For the first time in its history, the Marketing Federation of South Africa (MFSA), awarded a Grand Prix Loerie in the Marketing Excellence Awards at Sun City, Sunday afternoon, honouring SA Tourism.

In a poorly attended event held on the afternoon before the biggie, the Loerie Creative Advertising Awards - the highlight of the three-day Loerie Festival - marketers were honoured for their contributions to the industry:

MARKETER OF THE YEAR: Dr Ivan May, CEO: Cow Parade

MARKETING ORGANISAITON OF THE YEAR: South African Breweries

DIRECT MARKETER OF THE YEAR: Michelle Perrow

DESIGN & INTEGRATED AGENCY OF THE YEAR: Enterprise IG

AGENCY OF THE YEAR: Jupiter Drawing Room, Cape Town

ADVERTISER OF THE YEAR: General Motors South Africa
