IBM and OCP Group have established a joint venture named 'Teal Technology Services' to supply digital and IT services in various sectors across Africa.
The services will support OCP Group in increasing its digital transformation and in improving efficiencies in its business operations. It will also implement technologies such as analytics, cognitive and Internet of Things (IoT).
The companies will also initiate education, social and research development programs.
