Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of potential customers
• Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media
• Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
• Participate in industry events and conferences to expand your network and generate leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required
• Grade 12/N4 equivalent
