To equip learners to conduct outcome based assessments within their fields of expertise. To enable the learner to carry out assessments that is fair, valid, reliable and free of all bias.

Outcomes:
Will know and understand
Different approaches to the methods of assessments
Principles and practices of RPL and assessments.
Essential approaches to learning, designing and delivery
Processes for defining outcomes and approaches
Assessment policies and ETQA requirements
Moderation requirements

Candidate will be able to:
Describe the NQF, Unit Stds,
Develop a broad plan for implementing the NQF within an organisation
Explain the Out-come based approach to education and training
Design and develop outcome based assessments
Prepare for assessments
Provide feedback on assessments
Review assessments.
