InSites Consulting South Africa has promoted Heather Tluczek to managing director of South Africa. Tluczek joined the business three years ago from Kantar TNS South Africa.
She was promoted to research director and team lead within one year of joining the company. Tluczek replaces Columinate co-founder Henk Pretorius as managing director.
